Delivery

Orders placed before 12.00pm (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered by UK Mail using a 2-3 working day delivery service. We will assign your delivery with a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery upon dispatch.

Please Note: Deliveries to Islands and remote locations can take an additional 1-2 days to be delivered.

We will endeavour to ensure deliveries are made on a next day basis however this cannot be guaranteed, for instance when a payment is declined or delayed, the order is made after our cut of time, or there is a logistical delay with the courier.

Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase you can return your products unopened in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are free and we do not charge any restocking fees.

If any items arrive damaged during transit customers should advise us within 24 hours of receiving their goods. After an investigation we will usually arrange a free of charge collection and offer a full refund, or replace the items with free delivery.
